Refund & Return

A full refund can only be issued after the return has been approved and the items have been sent back to our warehouse in accordance with the instructions provided. Once we have confirmed receipt of the returned order, it will be inspected to verify that all criteria for a full refund have been met. A full refund will only be issued after this process has been completed.

The amount to be refunded is the full price of the product.

If the product arrives damaged, the seller is fully responsible and must offer a free replacement.

If the product is damaged during the return shipment, a 30-70% reduction in the refund may be applied, depending on the severity of the damage.

If the return is initiated by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific costs depend on the courier company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to reasons attributable to us and the consumer is not required to return the item
